Once you have created your account you receive a Email with the confimation link. If you don't receive the Email in the next view minutes, check your SPAM-Folder. It often can be found there.
When you call the confirmation link inside the Email, your registration is complete.
Some Email clients allow to klick on the link instead using copy&past wich is more comfortable. Unfortunately it may happen that not the full link is "klickable". As you see in the picture only the first part will be used (lightblue). But the full link contains everything inside the brackets.
If you get a response like this, the registration is not complete because your link is broken. It means, your your Email client didn't deliver the full link for the activation. You must use copy&past to put the full link into your brower.
