All language learning lessons from usewaiyu.org are subject to creative commons license.

You are free to use, copy and give away any lesson to your friends as long as the text or any existing audio part of the lessons remains complete.

If you distribute a lesson, you are not allowed to modify the lesson outsite of our website or use it for commercial purposes without our approval.

Inside the uswaiyu.org website you are allowed you to add new lessons and modify any existing lesson. You need to register and login before you can add or modify lessons.

As an author of new or modified lesson material you automatically allow other registered members to modify your lesson or modification. Whenever your lesson or modification is modified you will receive an email which informs you about the modifcation.

The author who wrote/ record the first version of a lesson is always named as the author.

You must be the owner of every content you provide to our platform. This means you are not allowed to transfer any copyright protected material in text or audio form to our platform. 

For the audio files you are requested to add the sentence "Welcome to usewaiyu" at the beginning of your recordings. You can omit it for very simple and short audio lessons. If this sentence is missing, we will remove your lesson on every doubt that you are not the owner of the provided content.

All user activities regarding addition of new lessons and modification of existing lessons will be logged inside the system. We constantly log the content of all lessons, the username, ip-address and time of  the modification.
